     Those who are now using "AI" not registered with "AAIA19, Inc." is the illegal practice of the use of "AI".  Here are the steps to be in the legal use of "AI".  If you are now registered with a company other than AAIA19, Inc., you first must register with AAIA19, Inc., and protect yourself.  The company will be notified to registered to be in legal alignment.  Click on the "AI (19) Department Contract below that match you use.  AAIA19, Inc. will correct your violation.  You must do what is right and righteous, because "Justice Is Swift".

AI Violator Correction Fee:

• All "AI" violators must pay a Patent, Trademark, and Copyrights infringements correction fee to Imam Mahdi / AAIA19, Inc.  Fee varies depending on violator (individual, education institution, organization, business, government agency and/or department of the USA and other nations).  AI Violator Correction Fee ranges from the minimum to the maximum violation pay.

• Minimum violation fee is Five Hundred dollars ($500.) for basic non-commercial activity, however you are invited to further use "AI" with financial negotiable exploration in commercial contract.

• Maximum violation fee is One Billion Dollars ($1,000,000,000.) from each government agency(s) and the United States of America government and from each other nations for Patent, Trademark, and Copyrights infringements.  You are invited to further use "AI" with financial negotiable exploration in commercial contract.  $500 Consultant Fee is first required to begin negotiation with any Commercial Department Contract.

1). Grant of License:

     Licensor grants to License a [non-exclusive / exclusive], revocable / irrevocable], [transferable / non-transferable] license to use the [Software, Technology, Brand, etc.] described in “Exhibit A”.

2). Scope of Use:

2.1 Permitted Use

Detail how Licensee may use the licensed material (install on servers, manufacture products, etc.).

     Both Parties must protect any proprietary information gained through this Agreement.

7). Warranty and Liability:
